This is a very hardy, fast-growing aquarium plant that thrives in moderate to high light conditions. Can be planted in various substrates including sand, but may benefit from a nutrient-rich layer underneath. The smallest pearl weed sample is about the size of a golf ball. I'll make sure there are no scuds, duckweed is minimal but keep an eye out for one or two pieces. I do have snails.
